Full Wedding Planning

From the moment you are engaged until you are on your honeymoon, The Couture Experience will provide full service wedding coordination and consultation for the busy bride and groom. We begin by ﬁnding a wonderful location for your reception, and ceremony, creating a master to do list and talking about your budget. TCE is involved with securing the vendors for your event as well as helping with design and decor. We will be there throughout your entire engagement until you say “I DO” to ensure that you are on schedule and have a Couture wedding!

Month of Coordination

For the bride who would prefer to manage everything throughout her planning journey, but wants to be sure that the only thing she has to worry about on her wedding day is saying “I do!”. This package includes:

Initial Consultation to discuss timeline, details, vendors, and responsibilities
1 hour meeting with bride and coordinator
Site walkthrough of ceremony and reception location.
Final vendor contract review for clarity of role assignments
Ceremony/reception layout review or creation
Wedding timeline creation
Contact with vendors/wedding party/parents concerning timeline, directions, and locations
Direction of a two-hour rehearsal
Day-of-direction including set up management for ceremony, reception, and breakdown
Final Walkthrough meeting attendance
Serves as the main contact for vendors
Set up of personal items( champagne flutes, guest book, cake cutters, favor placement, etc.)
Access to Bridal Emergency Kit
Bridal Party flower distribution
Up to Two Coordinators
Up to 10 Hours of Coordination on wedding day.

Starts 6-8 weeks before wedding day.
